All is fair in love and war and I have to congratulate zhaojin for playing such a great game and being shrewd negotiators. Plenty of learnings for me to take home. Seems obvious that the tactics and offer price reflect what zhaojin thought of the board and management, and they seem to be right that the lack of expertise and value add had came back to bite us.
Anyway glad I got out yesterday. Closed out my holdings and off to hopefully profitably learn more lessons in other resource producers.
