The positive: at least not a total write off and a 58% premium
The negative: most people here will still suffer a 80-90% loss which in my view could have been avoided if management would have a) cared more about SP (and not let it be pushed down on relatively low volume) and b) be more prudent in terms of cash flow and capital management as I still think that the IP and product are worth a lot more than what these Canadians now pay for. With current cash flow etc BIQ can’t evdn afford the break fee so I assume no point voting against this deal?
