    I know the target for the last raise to existing major holders (Biq supporters! People who responded to the call for support from the President and CEO)
    was $1.4M.
    He got $1.06m. at a premium to sp of 7% .
    That was 2 week of December!
    Why NOW do we need another $1.5M?
