Absolutely set up by the Chinese main shareholder. One could say a stitch up.
He was the one who arranged 18% funding for the deal which was never sustainable for the Company.
The rot set in when the first Chinese SOE contractor failed to perform some 3 years ago !
Many will get their money back, Many won't.
No point now spleen venting.
Move on to more productive opportunities.
