Totally necessary step. 360 has indicated some leases will be up for renewal and they will increase the rents.
It is not like NXT has any bargaining position as I would think it almost impossible to move to another site.
360 would have NXT by the proverbial. NXT needs to control it's future rent costs.
The big error in retrospect was that NXT management let the sites go in the first place without maintaining control e.g. 51%
