Samantha Tough had little other choice but to resign considering she is hardly independent of Bentley who nominated her for the Independent director of Molopo.
Let's hope the Takeover response Committe are indeed independent.
Bentley tried the same manouevre on MTN when it was only 2 cents.
Thankfully for shareholders it was defeated and is now around 24c a share.
Bentley should look at constructive and creative ways to make money, other than trying to exploit cash rich penny stocks.
All in my opinion of course!
