I think any HML holders wanting to trade their HML shares for JBL shares would have already done so in the previous takeover offer. If you're still thinking about it just send me an email and I'll find out for you.
With regards to the BHD offer currently underway, I think any BHD holder considering the offer needs to be fully aware of the issues surrounding JBL and BHD before making any decision.
In the event that they do decide to hold JBL instead of BHD - I will need to discuss with HC moderators to ascertain exactly where the line is between "financial advice" and discussing the merits of doing an off-market transfer for existing shares versus accepting the JBL offer for newly issued shares.
