Bat sh!t crazy.
Even if I were crazy enough to want to own JBL rather than BHD I still would not accept the takeover offer from JBL. Not when there's a multitude of long suffering JBL holders who would rather own BHD than JBL. At least BHD has a chance of getting a change in management. There's no hope of that happening for JBL.
Why would I accept 1 JBL share per BHD share when I could just contact the shareholder action group and get double the consideration (or more) for my BHD shares. Not only would I be helping a long suffering JBL holder exit their position but I would not be contributing to the devaluation of JBL shares through dilution.
Bat sh!t crazy. Even if I were crazy enough to want to own JBL...
