Well DLS now have majority control.

The question is whether they will get the whole lot, as it seems that some funds (Mitshubishi and Alpha) may have acquired blocking states (~5%) and might try to hold out.

I have accepted the offer. Waiting for the DLS shares to hit my account. Plan to hold for a few months.
