Mate, their intentions are not nice. Control the board = put their finance through = do huge dilutive equity raising at massive discount to current price = take up rights issue shortfall = control most of the stock (ie 70-90%)= take company private by taking out minorities.
We won't win the vote (it's based on votes counted. 50% only). We need ASIC or takeovers panel to block the vote.
