re: Ann: Takeovers Panel declares Unacceptabl... IMO the deal will now be off. Regent will make sure it cannot obtain finance, and therefore can exit the scheme just as they wanted.
What a monumental stuff up all this has been. Quite embarassing for all involved (Regent, BCI management, hell, even Australian law which was going to permit this rubbish takeover offer!)
In the end though, this is an awesome result for SH. Now we will have our cash cow for years to come (hopefully).
$4 here we come IMO.
