    I have no idea what or if there would be penalties applied
    if NME do not comply with the request, I feel the least that will happen, will
    be that the Review Panel will throw out the complain and call it
    for what it is, time wasting and lying due to omission of facts.
    I know of no other situation where this kind of thing has occurred.
    But , at least the NME SHs will get a clearer picture of what
    management is all about. Its only an opinion,
