It is indeed a positive trading in recent weeks, User123. You are always on the spot there. With me, only reading through the numbers that I approach the same thinking.

Anyways, there are good news and issues from today checking.

    Good News:

On the register, RG has only 300 414 465 shares compared to what he announced (300 414 772). That is 307 shares short here man.

TIC directors continued to increase their holding from last Monday 25th March to yesterday, from 21, 450, 641 shares to 21, 618, 713 shares and that's equivalent to 6.279% (majorly coming from Stanningfield proprietary account belongs to Mark)

An individual account still hold 2, 250, 000 shares which equivalent to 0.654%

If User123 still hold 1.3%, it brings those 3 equal to 8.233%

Down with the institutional side, there have been some mixed news

From the 25th of March till yesterday, 2nd April, Citicorp nominee account has increased from 2 146 626 shares to 2 429 669 shares. They also have 13 additional accounts, with altogether in those 13 accounts equal to 69, 799 shares.

From the 25th of March to 2nd April, Morgan Stanley has reduced from 429 504 shares to 316 304 shares.

JP Morgan Nominees at the same period has increased from 547 949 shares to 879 958 shares.

Now within the top 200 holders, many have added their positions, which is encouraging. Some even top more into their additional account. For example:

Merrill Lynch (Australia) has increased from 119895 shares to 129 464 shares with an additional 1106 shares in their different account.

Finclear has added 8 764 shares in the accumulation account.

A guy has 78 950 shares in his main account, but decided to have 2 additional accounts with one belongs to his wife and himself and 2 additional accounts have 2000 shares and 2242 shares in it.

    Of course borg too.

An investor from New Zealand has increased his holding from 32 500 shares to 42 500 shares with an additional account of 2500 shares.

IOOF investment services has increased their secondary account from 48 351 shares to 72 470 shares

Henap enterprises has increased from 27 095 shares to 38 945 shares

Ganspruse has increased from 25 000 shares to 32 500 shares.

    Well done all!!!

However, there are some residual issues with the 15 holders that exit, whether they sell on the market or accept to the offer is unknown. However, I do have a concern that those companies might have signed in to the bid offer. Even though, their shares might not added to RG's account yet, but it seemed they might have been frozen in a pending account belong to RG's (my guessing) waiting for the Take Over Panel's decision before transferring to his account. Why do I say so? Because their exiting date is grouped in a few designated date. If any members could clarify this matter would be appreciated. Here are the details

As I stated earlier, Mornington Australia has exited on the 18th March with their holding of 139 100 shares. Whether they sold on market or accepting to the offer and whether they could eligible to reverse their decision through ASIC relief is unknown to me.

Two individuals has exited on the same date 19th March with holding of 18450 and 18 612 shares respectively.

JuroCorp has exited on the 20 March with holding of 17 000 shares

An individual from New Zealand has exited on the 26th March with holding of 20 000 shares

Fortuna investments (Aust) has exited on the 28th March with holding of 150 000 shares

Trustrum Investments has exited on the 28th March as well with holding of 100 000 shares

Navigator Australia Ltd has exited on the 28th March too with holding of 24 119 shares

Hobson Wealth Custodians (from New Zealand) has exited on the 2nd April with holding of 37 500 shares

    * So the question here is can those companies and investors claim their shares back during these period if they change their minds?
