    So Bennamon have pushed the law to it's very extent, and beyond as evidenced by the ruling.

    In effect getting maximum bang for buck on shake shares/dollar spent ratio.

    For the cost of a letter/e-mail and some associated sundries

    And a slap on the wrist?
