Of course they are related KBC are playing funny buggers with MEL and refusing to honour their loan commitments which jeopardise MEL ability to meet its share of Odin-2/3 cost.
The irony being KBC who are putting the squeeze on VEN management are shooting themselves in the foot re refusing to honour funding for MEL and therefore putting pressure on the ability of the JV to pay for the well .......
i think we can all agree KBC are up to no good
