he is arguing the are raising too much . He would prefer to loan them money and hold their proverbials in his hands. His issue is he loses what little influence he has and Vintage can move forward without him.
if he wants Vintage he can bid for it.
I think he hasn’t had a chance to participate in EO underwriting and probably wasn’t given enough in placement which is his main gripe
