Downfall?
I think I’ll take my chances with Rob Telson and other former high ranking ARM employees who have handled IP sales from global giants like Samsung and Intel and TSMC than an anonymous poster from HotCopper.
Intel have research chips, I didn’t say that, Intel and IBM themselves have said that their Loihi 2 are just research chips, so while they muck around with signing up customers to work join there research program, I’m comfortable with my money on a company who has handed them the first commercially available neuromorphic processor ever, and who have been playing around with the software for sometime and are about to receive the hardware.
