Spoke with the company today. Two dates in the near term:
March 5 which is when MAK's bid is due to go out to shareholders
March 20 when official response is due. It will probably take until then as the company will be getting an independent review to report with their response.
There seems to be solid confidence that MAK will not get enough support.
On other things Feasibility is right on target and will be out by the end of March. I reckon the team has done a good job with this - not many come out on time.
