I can kind of understand why the Algerians are taking their time as they will most likely be putting up most of the funding. I don't think you can blame management. Let's hope that what issues they have with the DFS can be resolved quickly.
One thing is for sure is that the market is placing zero value on TH now. So buying down here could turn out to be one of the best buys this year for a 2 year timeline as zinc mines close and the press starts talking about zinc.
