surely, with a 35% stake, the Algerian Government are going to give this one the all clear...with potentially 200-400m of revenue per annum for 10+ years to the government this would be a no brainer. Obviously the political opposes need to be dealt with and the main issue would be its close location to the town. But with the potential cash flows on offer here, i think this will be shrugged off.
CNM, with an already 14% interest, may look to substantially add to the register soon after government approval, potentially offering a majority of the debt funding, which i think is close to 400m for TZN.
which a MC of a mere 50m, this has got to be a great risk/reward trade, with the potential of climbing back toward the $2-$3 region, where it once was pre GFC
