Disagree. If a government tells them something, it is probably illegal for them not to announce it. To add their own qualifiers would be opinion, insulting to the government and unprofessional... also not a good thing to do.
Patience and confidence is all that's needed, in fact anything else is self destructive , also not a very good thing to be.
