Yes, back in August 2018 it's burried in a comprehensive announcement relating to the mine.
"Terramin has had discussions with state-owned Algerian banks with significant appetite for funding projects of ‘national significance’ as defined under Algerian regulation".
That announcement also mentioned a payback period of 9 years and free cashflow (base case) A$2.0B. To still have a 49%...great.
