The price action over the past week would seem to indicate that the market has copped-on to KRM being oversold down over the past months and that the company's prospects going forward look good even with the POG where it is.
IMO, once Telang Santo gets up to speed and once Way Linngo can tap the
rich silver vein (3000 g AG/ton) we should see some serious metal smelting.
Has there been a leak?
Perhaps the resumption of mining news is just trickling through to overseas
investors?
Anyway, the SP lift is great news.
IMO, Telang Santo has the potential to pump out 44K ozs/p/a gold equivalent
and , supplemented by Way Linngo, the total could be much higher all at a cash cost of sub $400/oz.
This should pan out well in EPS because KRM has only 292 mil shares out there.
