Talga is indeed increasing the number of its shares in issue by only about 10% and I am surprised to read that several contributors expect the share price to fall below $1.10.
I certainly intend to apply for new shares but wish that I did not have to wait until 4 November to learn how many I receive. It strikes me that a pro-rata allotment based on the number of shares held on 6 October with an opportunity to apply for shares not wanted by others would have been fairer.
