Another LOI......10th April 2026!! Frustrating. Thought they said build would take 2 years. If not sure if starting until 'maybe' 10th April 2026 that is 2028? Time lines always blow out. Said for years they definately don't under promise and over deliver. Fingers crossed i'm wrong.
