YES those options could be worthless, unless the appeal is thrown out in the next few weeks and that last change to the mine plan of 16th June is kept to.
I guess we will find out at the end of today what has been going on behind the scenes, but not a lot can be cast in stone until the appeal is thrown out, I was disappointed about the Kiruna council's change to the mine plan date, the courts and bureaucracy's seem to work at snails pace and a lot seems to be delayed due to sick leave!!!!1
