Very true, I'm not sure if you have seen what happened to CYM regarding the hype on financing, 6 months ago it was said 'its very, close, final stages, data room open etc. etc..'. Financing was not where shareholders were led to believe and the share price more than halved. Best to always under promise and over deliver!
