FO, let's be honest, a sell-off of that size, just prior to a hugely anticipated announcement, is questionable to say the very least. Had that announcement been positive, the SP would have been far more attractive for anyone looking to take profit. And, at the very least, if the announcement wasn't positive then the SP would rebound at some point so to hastily take profit is not really astute. Again, with the previous ANN stating they were legally bound to do everything in their power to make binding by 30th Nov, there's no reason to suggest the announcement would be anything but positive, unless you'd been tipped off?

As for defamation, just listen to the "breadcrumbs" MT drops in his interviews or various social posts which are borderline Elon Musk in their suggestiveness and then perhaps MT actually has some questions to answer. The bate being used while everything is under NDAs is borderline market manipulation. I make no apologies for my suspicions, and I doubt MT will give two hoots about dropping manipulative breadcrumbs.

As far as CD is concerned, I remember a few posts about permits that didn't come to fruition so I'm not sure I'll use them as a source of solid info.

I'll continue to hold, it will get there in the end but I will question if I feel something isn't right.
