I definitely wanted the deal to have been done by now but we are still well within what I would consider the "shortly" time period.

As an example, I am currently negotiating a large multi year renewal of a supply contract. We reached commercial agreement mid November with a due date for execution of 30th November (same as Talga). We're now at 9th of December with the contracts not expected to be executed until mid next week. The delay has been caused by customer legal and procurement processes and finalisation of the finance elements of the deal. That's just business and there needs to be some leeway on both sides to get the deal done.

I'm not saying this is the case with Talga as we only have what was stated in the update announcement, but I'm not surprised as these things take time with large organisations.
