At last a sensible response CaptainSauce. Has anyone else felt that this notice could well be the legal eagles of one or both parties arguing over the nitty gritty wording of the agreement. I get the impression that both parties are still keen to have the agreement signed so let's give them more time to get it sorted. MT over the years has done a splendid job for Talga and I will continue to back his judgement. Please remember some of the previous MOU it was to our advantage that they were not finalised.
