Anyone who thinks permits will be done early next year is deluded IMO. I suspect we'll see another raise at some point cos there will be many more delays and someone has to pay for MT's salary.
I get some sectors were down Monday but no one sells before anticipated positive news, they'd wait until a day or so after to maximize profit. You'd only sell if you had inside info which is so blatantly obvious. The rampers, and their projections, seem to have gone quite this week. There's quite a few working in tandem here, for sure.
