Ann: Talga and ACC graphite anode offtake update, page-58

I guess for clarification, I understand this is not a Talga decision. I just mean sticking in line with every other milestone or major moment, it has been missed. By Talga or the other party, they continue to be missed. I see the most major moment for them also potentially being delayed. Let us not forget MT was the one saying December for Permits or maybe it was even August or so, yet here we are delayed to 2023. This is what I mean. Again, not in Talga control, but they sure as f* give us something we look to only to miss, time and time again.
