Seems to always be someone else's fault. I assume LKAB, DFS, Mitsui, project timelines shifting are all out of TLG control too. If that's the case they control very little. Getting deals over the line is Mark's job, perhaps he's not up to it?
BTW, I know this is a long term hold, just sick of the constant BS and insider trading that screws the average Joe.
