Wtf, the govt over there just keeps giving the time wasters more time. Why till end of August ? They have had whole of last year . Bet that after the govt decision to override them, they can appeal that decision and waste another 6 months. Really can't understand why China has become so dominant when the European countries have such good check and balances.
