The Judiciary/Govt. processes are like a bIg roundabout with no exits.! High Court has granted permits but Kiruna Council is still going on about Reindeer husbandry which would have already been weighed in when the High Court made its decision. Sami want to prevent mining to save their culture and reindeer but cannot see the current Environmental damage which will eventually destroy their culture and Reindeer anyway. The Sami lawyer is playing the “ Delay“ game to perfection. And SC is hibernating.
