The supreme court is just to evaluate whether an error of law has occured...thats how sad this has become. Other than that planning bs we are waiting to see only if it's been processed lawfully, which, on odds, it has been.
because any genius or idiot can make an appeal we have to wait 9+ months to find out if all boxes have been checked.
this is great, I suppose, as all cases get their dues without fees but it also means it's used as a stalling tactic by anyone to wait out and frustrate. Therein lies it's actual value to the sami.
