Very positive in my view but why was the initial appraisal by EIB at EUR300m and the final funding for only EUR150m? I understand it will be back-filled with a conglomerate of other finance providers but I'd be interested to see the the final package from debt providers e.g. will they also finance it with senior debt or will they be moving further down the capital structure which warrants higher rates. I always thought that EIB financing was dependent on permits and off-takes so this announcement caught me off guard. Pleasantly surprised but surprised.
