Sorry folks
This continuous raising questions on the subject mining permits is becoming beyond annoying. Europe is currently phasing out Russian gas and oil , Vehicle manufacturers have been given a date for no more production of internal combustion engines. Large battery and EV usage to be sourced from within Europe, out side of that we consider the carbon emissions used to produce EV vehicles from other world sources.
The EU plan it's powers generating and storage ability wants the resources sourced within the EU. Not reliant on China. This has already been announced.
And then there is endless discussion of whether TLG will be granted mining permits.
Give it a rest and grow up. DYOR
