Every time there is a wait/delay it happens, but every time we get through in the end.
Waiting for Anode Plant Approval - got it
Waiting for mining permit - got it
Waiting for appeals to mining permit - got it
Waiting for Supreme Court - NEARLY THERE!

Is it a 0% chance of further delays with the court, no.
Is it highly likely that it will all be passed/approved due to the fact that it seems very little (if anything) has been raised in regards to points of law that that opponents can actually dispute, I'd say yes.

Hold tight, we're still the first Li-ion anode factory in Europe, still have a great resource, still have an upcoming massive need for the product.

Do I wish I sold everything a few weeks ago and bought back in as it drops... Yes but knowing my luck the announcement would come as soon as I did that and I'd shoot myself in the foot.

Anyway, just my thoughts and why I hold strong and add here and there when the wallet allows. DYOR.
