Is this just the "sophisticated" investors offloading their recent purchase - but at a loss - why?
Despite the cost to the business (oh that means us), I think it is always better to raise capital via current shareholders, especially if it is at a discount to SP. At least we are more likely to be loyal holders.
Mark has a very poor history in this regard.
