And it appears you are not fully versed in primary synthetic graphite production...IMERYS has been producing primary synthetic graphite powders for 120 years and here is the shocker, all production is powered from 100% renewable energy (hydro) and the same goes for China primary synthetic graphite production, they also use renewable energy from wind and solar with limited amount from nuclear, natural gas, and coal.

As I stated earlier, primary synthetic graphite production can be considered a recycling operation by taking coke and binder products from oil refining, graphitising the green mix using renewable energy, creating a very sustainable business model whereas natural graphite production requires significant open pit mining operations, concentrate production, purification, micronisation, SPG processing and finally coating is a multistep process that primary synthetic graphite anode production does not have.
