With the company yet to achieve commercial mining production or steady state commercial anode production using the company's own natural graphite feedstock and coupled with declining demand for EV's outside of China and many EV OEM's or battery plants either in bankruptcy, paused, or delayed indefinitely, I would venture a guess that production will not begin in the next 24 months.

There is no declining demand for EVs in Europe. Plus do you know that batteries are needed in hybrids?
