EMH is a totally different story to TLG, the market valued them at basically nil because they may have one of the worst CEO's anywhere on the market and nobody had any faith the company was going anywhere. TLG is pretty well respected by the market and most expected the strategic status to be a given so a >100% gain was never going to happen.
