Well to be fair, Vulcan spent all that money advertising this announcement, and they're already back down to where they were before it only 1 day later.

We didn't spend anything marketing this announcement and have managed to hold our gains for now. Instead, Mark got on a plane to go do something that will hopefully turn into something tangible.

This is what I meant the other day. Talga aren't wasting time and money trying to push the share price up artificially, that only works for so long. They're instead focused on actually getting things done that will support the share price in the future. It might not feel that way given our extended slump. But worth remembering that we've not been waiting for talga to do things, we've been waiting for the courts, who unfortunately wasted a year sitting on an appeal, something Strategic Project status will help us with.

I'd expect the concession appeal to be looked at with priority now. After that's done, I'd expect rapid announcements as it's back in talga's court, and we have a lot lined up behind the scenes.
