while frustrating, they dont have an option. they need capital to fund activities. they are not in a position to negotiate very much because the alternative is closing the doors. they can say all they want about all these titles but nothing speaks louder than cash in the bank and tlg dont have that. probably hits 38c previous offer but i doubt itll stay there long. plenty to come and now they can fund it
