As I recall, TLG might get around $30m for the sale of their anode in this 4-year plan (3000t x $10,000), so maybe they might get $10m in profit (say) if costs were $20m. That still leaves $10m to find over time, but maybe that will be easy as they start getting project funding. But this initial $10m raised from a CR may end up looking fundamentally quite expensive. With the options included, are selling 5.8% + 1.9% = 7.7% of the company over the long term. Maybe there's no other way to do this, but the extra dilution doesn't look great.
