The CAB already signalled their prevailing opinion; surprise 20% increase in mining allowed per year. Talga's share price may have taken a dive, but practically all mining stocks have done so following weak futures prices, weak demand for raw materials 6 months out. I see no obvious conspiracy waiting in the wings.
