My only investing power comes from standing on the shoulders of giants so to speak. I spend a lot of time trawling investing forums and publications, finding those with brains, experience, research skills, and a lack of agenda, and then following their high conviction picks. hottod, joelstar, theanalyst007 on HC for example, and others elsewhere. It's strategy that's served me very well. WTF do I actually know about biotech, or mining, or battery technology? Nothing. But others do, and I slowly learned to listen.

TLG is currently my only stock that's not green (happy to prove that btw), I'm down over 50% here after some overly enthusiastic averaging down. But if it weren't for a certain Swedish court that couldn't organise a brothel on a battleship, they'd all be green I believe. And hopefully soon will be.
