Great presentation IMO. It certainly was highlighted that the SC are not assessing the merit of the project, they don't care about the Sami. All they are there to do is ask the question, was the appeals court ruling constitutional. The appeals court approved the project with a 200 page document. It's hard to fathom that this wasn't all above board.
I'll be contacting them to follow up ok my question which is, if the SC upholds the appeal, in which case it heads back to the appeals court, AND the appeals court rule in favour AGAIN (hard to think they wouldnt) can it then be appealed again causing some vicious cycle
