This forum was recently , and opportunistically, hijacked by players with ill intent , so it's pleasantly nice to get back on track with your uplifting quality post.

Unfortunately I only caught snippets of the webinar due to work commitments but I'm looking forward to watching the entire set when it's published on the website.

Did I hear correctly when MT alluded that the appellants are asking the Supreme court to review whether the lower court's swift dismissal of the appeal , was correctly applied ? It sounds like they're not challenging the merits of the case but merely trying to find a loophole to have the same argument heard in court whilst singing the same tune ... Surely the SC will see straight through it (when it's finally our turn)
